About the shelter

"Najoti Insoniyat" Shelter – A Rescue for Stray Animals in Dushanbe.

"Najoti Insoniyat" is a home to over 100 dogs, including disabled, paralyzed, and abandoned animals. Here, they find shelter, food, and care, but the shelter operates without government support and relies entirely on the generosity of compassionate people. Volunteers do everything possible to provide medical treatment, food, and decent living conditions, but resources are constantly lacking.
In 2024, the shelter suffered a terrible tragedy – more than 60 dogs were poisoned by unknown individuals, and despite all rescue efforts, most of them did not survive. Despite this heartbreaking event, the team continues to fight for the remaining animals and works tirelessly to find them loving families. Any support – even a simple repost, a donation of food, or financial aid – can save lives and give these animals a chance for a better future.
"Every life matters. We cannot leave them without help!" 🐾❤️
